  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, this may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are perishable or personalized, such as used candles or crystals that have been altered in any way.

  • Return Process:

    • You will be provided with return instructions and a return address.

    • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, we can arrange an exchange for another item of equal value if preferred.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at twistedhippieschester@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping costs for damaged goods.​
